Our Returns and Exchange policy
Thank you for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at Pen The Vision.
It is important to us that you are always happy and satisfied with all your purchases. If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, we urge you to notify us within 14 calendar days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect and send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges: We only exchange products if they are defective, damaged or the wrong size.
Sale items: The refunds policy is only applicable to regular priced items. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange. We encourage you to try the product in the first two weeks of purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
